New App London Launch event 22nd September

Join Bryony Deery at Ladbroke Hall for an intimate morning celebrating the launch of the new Pilates by Bryony app.

The morning will begin with a 45-minute Signature Pilates by Bryony class, led by Bryony in the beautiful Ladbroke Hall Studio. After class, we’ll gather over a thoughtfully curated breakfast before returning to our mats for an informal conversation with Bryony and the rest of the community that helped shape it and a chance to ask Bryony anything!

A morning of movement, connection and conversation, an invitation to experience the next chapter of Pilates by Bryony together.

Please note that on this occasion the class will not be suitable for pregnancy.
