Due to our fast-paced processing and dispatch we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our returns and cancellation policy applies to purchases made online at www.pilatesbybryony.com
We are unable to offer online exchanges.
To return an item, please first contact us at studio@pilatesbybryony.com with the below details:
- Order number
- Name and address
- Products images and reason for wanting to return the product
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please follow the above instructions and also attach a photograph clearly showing the issue.
Pilates By Byrony reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.
Our refund policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the British Consumer Law and Regulations.
Pilates By Byrony will not provide a prepaid returns label. A returns fee will be deducted from your refund.
